Enemy Preparedness
Enemy forces will respond to your tactics. For example, if you perform a lot of headshots, enemy soldiers will soon be supplied with helmets.
The icons on the right side of the iDroid's [MAP] tab indicate an enemy force's preparedness.
The more red the icon, the higher the preparedness level.
